The “Școala la sat” (Village School) project will offer over 700 hours of remedial and literacy training to the 32 children enrolled in the program, who come to the Day Center in Coșteiu. After more than 4 years of assessments and workshops with specialists and volunteers to date, it has been shown that these students were left behind because they had difficulty understanding when the lessons were taught in the classroom and were not sufficiently supported. We fight school dropout among vulnerable children in our village and meet them with a hot meal a day, and a lot of psychological and speech therapy counseling, to help them grow and develop as healthy as possible, despite family or social difficulties which they have.
